          Office hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm

                               Friday 9am-2pm

Office appointments will be scheduled as soon as possible when we are contacted by the patient. Dr. Smith has admitting privileges and operates at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Memphis and Methodist Germantown Hospital in Germantown, Tennessee.
